Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Full-Price Items
Full-price swimwear is eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and hygienic liners intact. You may exchange qualifying swimwear for one of equal or lesser value.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue store credit for sale purchases.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or issue store credit for custom purchases.

How to Request Store Credit
To request store credit for an eligible full-price item, please contact us at kileibikinis@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or returned without their original tags will not be accepted.
